want to buy a new phone! but on a budget

I have verizon, i want to get a phone with wifi (only a few verizon phones have it) and i dont want to spend more then $200, ive settled on the XV6700.


What do you guys think?

Is this phone huge?

Is it worth replacing my razr?

Suggestions are welcome!

It's a pretty good device, and has gotten rave reviews. One thing though: Don't send the phone to UTStarcom for repair, since their repair department has had some issues (i.e. they give your phone back with parts missing).
 
I like XV6700 alot. It's a most capable yet compact Pocket PC phone with a roomy thumb keyboard that slides out from the side. I think XV6700 is a good choice.
