Want to buy a house with my husband but fear irresponsible in-laws will.....?

try and move in with us and mooch. His side of the family is REALLY bad with money and they are lazy. They don't want to work and expect people to give them money. I know at least one person will ask to move in and would it seem unfair if I tell my husband no, if they ask?
 
You just have to tell them no. If you seem mean then oh well it is your house therefore your decision. As for it being unfair it is unfair of them to ask to move in with you and your husband and mooch off of you.
