want raise the gass milage of my 05 chevy silverado from 14 to 19(+)?

heard about a chip you can get from jegs.com. anyone have any experience with this? thanks!!!
its a 4-door. any other sources would be fine with me, lol. just wanna be able to boost my economy on gas
