I am going to go into surgery on my right knee on Friday. I am wary of the surgery, however I am already getting up there in weight and don't want it to get any worse. I am looking for any exercise ideas that I can do without moving the right leg while I am on bed-restt for the first 2 weeks. Please if you can think of anything that would be great. I don't want this surgery to rule me, but I also don't want to overwork myself or re-injure the surgical site while it heals.
