If Sebastien comes back, I don't think it will be that big of a deal. Carter wasn't even that bad, just cocky, and his scheme was to get to spend time with Serena. I just didn't like how we didn't get to see anything really after their hellos. I mean that was not closure and it was just so odd after how they ended it in 306.
