I can't remeraber when they became my GG OTP, but I do think it was when I still loved CB. :lol:

Well, Ben used to be one of her teachers at boarding school and they kind of had a relationship, but I don't think they had sex. But something happened and Lily found out and pressed charged and forged Serena's signature or something, so he ended going to jail. So years later, in comes Juliet who is still mad at Serena for ruining her brother's (or step-brother's?) life, so she plans to take down Serena. And she does all this horrible stuff to S. Serena finally finRAB out that the only reason Ben is in jail is because of her mother, so she goes to Juliet and is all like, "oh, lulz, even though you tried to make my life miserable, I forgive you." Serena enRAB up getting Ben out of jail and now they are in love.

I'm not sure how accurate everything is, but that's basically what happened.
 
I enjoyed CB in the beginning of Season 3, but to be honest, I thought they were a little boring. :lol:

CaS were just written so beautifully. :nod:

GG ruins all of it's characters. Like Chuck. :rolleyes: And I honestly haven't felt for Blair in a while. :look:
 
I never get casual viewers. :look: Most of them seem to ship RAB. :blank: And they just don't see subtext.
Most of my casual viewing GG frienRAB like Serena but they loveeeee Blair. Which, I haven't really loved Blair since season two. IDK, I feel like her characterization has gone down a lot and Leighton stopped caring.

Serena has a lot more potential has a character imo, the writers just don't tap in on it. And I love Blake, so. :shrug:

They could get Seb back literally for a scene and just have him say hello beautiful and fade to black. done and done. :lol:

His return in season 3 certainly didn't ruin them and could have been worse, but mae zero sense from how things were left in 3x06.

And I liked the beginning of season 3 as a whole if i remeraber correctly. I loved Serena's arc and I loved Carter. I thought Chuck and Blair had good, natural conflict. I don't know...I liked everything in those first 6 episodes for the most part. Summery and the beginning of college and Carter and everything seems decently written and not over the top or ridiculous.

Ugh all my RL frienRAB HATE Serena and yet don't have anything to say about Blair? :hammer_head: I went on like a drunken wine rant about it last night. I was like dude at least Serena wasn't the one insisting she didn't need to be happy and not making choices for herself in the finale. I'd say she and Dan had the only promising development as characters. :shrug:

Casual viewers confuse me!

Yeah, I wasn't too happy with how his return in Season 3 was handled, but at least Carter/CaS weren't destroyed completely. It could have been way worse.
