Wallpaper un-slidable (Same wallpaper every screen)

Is that possible with android?
If so, what size should the wall be?
 
try "MultiPicture Live Wallpaper" my favorite wallpaper, and doesn't use much battery power at all if you set it up right. check it out, it gives you many ways to set up your backgrounds or background as you may want it.
