Every night I do 10-15 minutes on an exercise bike..(along with pilates, dancing 3 times a week and lifting weights)
it has given me results over the long months i've been doing it..
but these past few days its been soo nice out and I've been taking 45min/1hr walks around the neighborhood
by the time I get home and rest and eat dinner my legs are kinda tired from all the walking.. so I just do pilates then go to bed..
is it bad that I'm skipping cycling? is it bad that I replaced it with walking?
walking is not a good enough exercise if I want to be burning fat right?
should I just alternate? walking one day, then cycling the next?
or should I try and do both?
My goal is to look extremely toned and lose some fat in areas..
