Were any of you told that you should avoid walking hills or any incline after a lurabar fusion? Like everyone else, I was told that walking was the best exercise, but I should limit my walking to level ground. Did anyone else hear this from either their surgeon or physical therapist??

Hey MM...I wasn't told that directly, but a neigrabroador who had a fusion 6 years ago told me he was told not to walk hills for a good year.

I have attempted some small hills with no problem...Not super inclines...Generally I keep it on level ground..

Wow the humidity and dampness has been a bummer here this weekend..It felt good to ride home from dinner tonight with the heated seats on in the car for the aches and pains...

Hope you are enjoying your long weekend.;)

I was told not to walk any inclines for at least the first 6 to 8 months. Then to do it in small amounts thereafter building up. Heck I am happy to walk 400 ft.;)
