Walcutt painting of driftwood, seashells, and seagulls?

I recently bought a painting is of driftwood, seashells and 2 seagulls. It is very large. I am guessing it is 3ft square although I haven't measured it. It has a gold frame, which is ugly. I have thought about getting it reframed but didn't know if that would hurt the value (if there is any). The name "Walcutt" is signed on the bottom left corner of this painting. I thought I had it figured out to be Frank Walcutt of whom I have another painting, but I called his studios in Florida and they seem to know nothing of this painting from my telephone description.

Anyone have any idea where I can get some direct information about this painting or the artist?
