Waiting for the next step after a written job Q&A?

I applied for a job. One week later, I received by email a long questionnaire regarding my job experience sent by the HR. I answered the questions to my best and email back my answers the following day. It has been more than one week since my last correspondence. I have not heard from the HR. What should I do? (a) wait (b) email the HR regarding my status (3) forget it.
