i think its because there's just waaaaay to much bullshit surrounding both issues and i don't want to bother getting properly informed.

oh, yeah, plus the whole brown people thing. they're icky.

Iran has been smuggling weapons via cargo ships for years into Israel. So what you're saying is Israel has no right to defend themselves?

hey man, thanks for posting that great video with no background information on their mission or anything else, but for sure, those are innocent civilians

Turkey was a Military and Economic Ally of Israel.

what guns and ammunition?

you need to do some reading.

Not like it changes the result any...although the Israelis would have used more force the closer they were to the coast.

and as for the UN being spineless and useless, that is a clear fact. The USA has no use for the UN nor does it benefit us.

I'd think the Palestinians and their supporters would be happy to see the USA leave the UN although they might find that it makes no difference.
The UN still won't do a damned thing against Israel even without the US veto/abstain. They will also find that Israel has the might and muscle to project power without the help of the USA.

The people on the ship had been saying that all along, that's why they attacked them when they boarded. And even if they hadn't shot at them before boarding the ship, the people would STILL have been fully justified attacking them. A burglar breaks into your home, you don't have to wait for him to pull his gun out and start shooting before you go after him.

Yeah, they are like the internatonal waters that the US set up a naval blockade in around Cuba in the 1960's amirite?

If they had reached the blockade itself the only option would have been to sink the ship and probably kill all on board.

You really think Israel couldn't have done any worse than to risk its soldier's lives rappelling onto the ship to take the controls and get it out of there?

They were on a declared mission to break a naval blockade though. I could understand if they intervened, but shooting them seems like unwarranted aggression (ibIsraelol)
