My partner is currently working in a small cafe. He is 22 years old and not fully qualified but he is not on a traineeship or apprenticeship and he is only being paid 9.23 an hour? Does this seem right? What is a first year apprentce chefs wage supposed to be (an hour) and also what about for a chef traineeship?
