My Phone: W800i
Platform: W800c
Firmware: I can't remember exactly, I think it is something like R1B002.

Problem: I turned off my phone. 6-7 hours later, when I tried to turn it on, it vibrated once and a white screen appeared. Then everything just turned blank again. I took the memory card out, and plug the phone into the charger. Now the white screen just keeps blinking. What is wrong with it? Firmware problem or hardware problem? What is the solution to this problem?

Thanks, help is appreciated.

Hve you tried taking the battery out for about 10 minutes? That usually gives the phone a chance to settle. Pop it back in afterwards and with any luck it should work. Bear in mind it sometimes dosn't though...

If that dosent work leave the battery for a longer period of time.
If you have a spare battery, try that.
Did you do any upgrades/uploads: games, apps, music???

Try running the firmware update. Regardless of whether you up to date or not, install/reinstall the latest frimware. That might do it. If not, I'm clueless, and the only thing I could think of would be to take it to your local phone store.

The SEUS program will not allowed me to reflash becasue my w800 already have the latest software.

You'll need to exchange it (or refund it), you corrupted the firmware in the phone. It happened with my W300I, have it replaced, that's all you can do. I think this is what you did. You plugged the USB cable to the phone, played with the program that SE gave you, and you jus tunplugged it afterwards. If that's what you did, congrats, you corrupted your firmware in your phone.

Suggestion: Do this next time, when you want to unplug your phone form the computer (after finishing uploading/downloading from your phone), you have to click "Safely Remove Hardware" select the drive that your phone is plugged to, and remove it (should be 2 items, your mem card, and your phone memory). Once all 2 is done, remove it, and you'll be fine.
