w610i vs. nokia 6300

I've decided on buying one of these two phones as my next phone although I am having difficulty in choosing which one to get. I don't plan on using the camera function of either phone much so it isn't a big issue for me. I'll be using this phone as a substitute for my 1gb mp3 player that I carry around now, so excellent media player capabilities are essential. Aesthetically I prefer the 6300 to the w610i.

Based on that, which phone do you guys suggest I should get?

The w610i is probably a better choice for you because it has the walkman player. However, the screen quality on the 6300 is better than the w610i.
 
Sounds like the W610 is more practical for you but you prefer the looks of the 6300. I think that since you're interested in using the phone as an mp3 player, the walkman 2.0 software would be hard to top. I vote for the W610 (even though I also like the 6300).
 
The 6300 has a pretty good music player. Seems to be based on itunes to me...playlists, albums etc...Haven't noticed the battery issue yet but I've only had it a couple days.
