I got my AT&T SE W580i a while ago (more than 3 months), and recently the keys have started to crack. I've read that this is a common problem with the W580is, but also I read that only the early ones from AT&T would be affected. The article (don't remember where it is sorry) said that only a few would be affected, and it pointed out a date range, O got mine when they supposedly started shipping good ones, but just recently I started to notice some of my keys are cracking. Is there anything I can do to get this fixed/replaced because its quite annoying.
Also, the speaker for conversations is a bit raspy now (kinda as if it were blown) but I don't understand how this could have happened. My convo volume is set to the second lowest, and as far as I know, music has a separate speaker.
I bought the phone a while ago, and I havn't abused it at all, but its been over 3 months (limited warranty period). Is there anything I can do?
