W580i Navigation Key Paint Coming Off

Hi all....
I recently bought a W580i from Muscat(Oman),Its Malaysia made....Just by 10 days use i find the silver coating on 4way navigation key coming off.Its battery life is also weak.
I bought the phone from authorised Sonyericsson dealer.....will i get the phone replaced?
 
Yeah, I have both of the problems you mentioned lol... I don't know if these "minor" things will be covered by the warranty though...

Anyone know the answer to this? Cause I wanna get a new one too XD.
