W395 UserCode lock

Hello,
I have W395 with User code please help me how to read user code.
Phone cannot connect with the setool box.if i use usb cable it searching the phone and if i use com port it only power on the phone.
Help me please.
 
Select W395 on ODM tab
Select "Signed Mode" on Settings tab
back to ODM tab and click unlock
Hold "C" button and insert cable
User Code should be reset to 0000
