w385 no efs boost

has any of you ever gotten a w385 when you start flashing it goes into bootloader and then it creates an error and sais no efs i have a couple
with that problem ive tried a couple different flashes and they all say the same how is that file system recovered any help would be appreciated
 
When you reset it does it go automatically to that efs..or does it go to bootloader mode? How about when its off and you press # * and PWR and the same time does it go to EFS or bootloader. What program are you using to flash...what files are you using. When I have any problems I normally flash the generic burn using Radiocomm, then burn cricket monster using radiocomm, and write the wap with rsd general.
 
I tried to flash from Verizon to boost with rsd lite and got like 90% done said flash failed now it just boots to Verizon logo then white screen and reboots over and over. I can't put in boot loader mode or detect via pc.
