VX9900 problem. I'm not a noob

So I did a pESN and MEID repair (all 0's) and of course had to refurb a power looped enV and now in LG Download, the MIP Profile tab is all grayed out. So I did in fact change the Nuraber of MIP Profiles to 1 and Active MIP profile to 0. So now all of the MIP Profile Items are blank so there is nothing I can do to edit them. Any help would be much appreciated..... berry_lthird???????
 
i had this same problem and was unable to solve it till i took it to a local carry out that flashed phones to are local cricket/revol network. the flash worked but it still says service required (this is the same result i had when i did it manually). when i looked at it again in nv edit i now have a mip profile but the phone still says service required. do i need version one firmware to use a pESN instead of the original meid. This phone was also a 0 esn redo.
also i notice that my calibration tab is blank and uneditable now
