vx6700 MMS Problem....Message expired

I am using AKU 3.5 and the internet works perfect and I'm able to send without any problem. I do get the notification for an incoming MMS........BUT...... it says downloading and when I choose the option to download the MMS..........I GET MESSAGE EXPIRED!!!

Here are my registry settings:

Accept = application/vnd.wap.multipart.related
Accept-Language = en
User Agent = Arcsoft/MMSUA/v3.0
X-Cricket-MDN = 619646xxxx
 
I got that error message on my EnV (still might be, haven't used MMS in a while) and on a Samsung U740. The u740 had the wrong settings and stoped after I made the corrections, but my EnV I never figured out.
 
I have been having this problem as well, it was working fine for 2 months, and now suddenly whenever i get a mms notification it attempts to download then says the message is unavailable or has expired

if i send, i get a sending failed message, but the person on the other end does get the picture.

I have tried tweaking the WspHeader settings and reflashing the rom and several different roms with no luck, but i have noticed it suddenly working at odd times without my having changed anything.

I hope someone here can shed some light on this issue
 
i almost made a new thread but saw this first. i was going to write the same exact thing. thats the exact same thing mine is doing...worked for months before this week. xv6700 too btw...
 
im not sure what part of the country you are in but im in Louisville, KY (no evdo yet). i have been telling myself that its just glitching around because cricket is doing something with evdo in my area finally.

of course i could be kidding myself although it is strange that its happening to others too....

first thought would be its on crickets end and not ours....
 
i wanted to add that the other phones on my account are all operating normally. although, they are non-flashed cricket branded phones and non pda type.

heck, if this keeps up i might be getting a Lingo. eeek!
