VX10000 Voyager with WAp and MMS tutorial, some1 had to do it...

if vx10000 dll gives you issues, reinstall, the change to DM error is normally associated with corruption. Sometimes it requires several uninstalls, and sometimes even a different PC, happens to me a lot with this DLL
 
i can see where you are having problems with this.... i'm no expert but i have messed around with these files with my 2 phones........ where you changed the 00 to a 10 is incorrect..... change the 30 to a 31..... dun ask me how it works but that's what the correction neeRAB to be.... after this you should be able to change the settings within the WAP settings of the service menu

look at the ascii side of your editor and you'll see a "0" in the second to last place

seriously, how could it be more exact than "second to last character from 0 to 1"
 
yeah my ota worked...i was pretty suprised...i am having like a major problem with MMS working now though.

I got EVDO web working awesome, but mms still isnt working. I've been going through all the threaRAB on the forum concerning LG phones mms...and i just keep getting message sending failed after the data icon blinks and flashes forever with the screen saying Connecting
 
this is my first phone I try 2 mess with. but when i go to LG download to try the NVEdit I get the following message and can't connect. I saw another thread with someone who had the same problem



and then I tried what they said helped them to connect:



and I was able to unlock the NV Edit Start button but when I click it it starts and then that's when I get this error message:

Any help? please... I already have it workin on the Cricket Network, and everything is fine but I don't have MMS or WAP (which i've been paying for w/o actually being able to use it.) working. All i get is browser errors and message failed scenarios. I have V05 not sure if I have to upgrade but I thought this would work either way?

Merabers here brick phones all the time. Some even customer phones or expensive ones at that.

i tried to full flash this voyager and after a cople of misstakes i ending having a voyager in to emergenci mode with the verizon logo flashing then i put the bin 05 and now is working but on the screen comes service required and i try all please if some one have the solution please post it ....
 
LG NPST is the modern equivalent of LG Download. It's a provisioning tool used by LG and Verizon to flash new firmware, preform NV edits, load new PRLs, etc. You'll need the lab installer as well, which opens up full access to the program.

PST from any manufacturer is Product Service Tool.

There's a 1.0.6 stable release that I've used many many times to edit and/or replace the filedb file on Voyagers and Dares. There's also a 1.0.7 test release. You should get the latest stable release and try it out, and if that doesn't.. try the latest test release. You may need to uninstall previous versions and then install the new one.
 
when you say: change the second to last character in the file from a 0 to a 1. Where exactly on that file do I change it from a 0 to 1, is it on the very bottom where it shows .............0. Sorry I am new at this and I am trying to do this voyager but I don't want to mess up the phone. Can you please help me out man, thanks in advance.
 
hi all it is me again well im still lost been searching and reading and tryin not to bug anyone but .... i got to know ....
does anyone know why my phone does not seem to roam am i missing something i pay for the whole enchilada with cricket but it still does not seem to roam i loaded prl after prl went out of my local service are several times and still no roam i have the 1050 in now

or am i stuck and should sell the phone off or just discontinue the full package and deal with it

any ideas or help ?
