VTX 1300 or...Getting another bike, looking for some suggestions and experience on the

bikes.? I am looking at getting another bike. I am looking more or less between a Vulcan 1700 and the VTX 1300. Vulcan may be just out of my range, but always need a back up plan. I love retro styling, any suggestions on other bikes is welcome of course.
 
The VTX1300 is slow and heavy!
A Kawasaki 800 Vulcan, Suzuki C50, and a Yamaha V Star 950 has more power and performance than the Honda VTX1300.
I would highly recommend the Yamaha 1300 V Star instead of the Honda VTX1300.
