Voyager Question

I had a chance to play with the Voyager on launch day (the 21st), and I must say, sadly, I'm very unimpressed with the device. As an upgrade to the enV, it is cool, but compared to other hanRABets I've seen/used, it's hardly impressive.
To answer your questions, so far, the Verizon gurus haven't been able to use conventional means to get into the phone. A lot of features are locked down. Verizon is getting smarter. In fact, version 2 of the enV's firmware has a lot of restrictions in place, including direct access via BitPim. Voyager is even more restrictive than that.
They are just now figuring out how to get ringtones on this bad boy. And the usual LG Download settings don't seem to work. Nor does QPST at this time.
I have specifically asked if it is possible to upload a foreign PRL to the phone but no one has a straight answer.
Guess we won't know until one of our Cricket gurus have a chance to hack it.

QPST also works, you have to seem edit it just like you seem edit a V3m. The checks are different though.

??? I thought seem edits were for Motorola phones only???

please explain. Motorola seems are significantly different that anything found on any other phone. i assume you mean that you need to hex edit some file. but specifics would be nice.
