Vox 8610 Subscreen LCD problem

Hi, I have my Vox 8610 for a couple of weeks, and just recently I noticed that when I try to create a contrast on the LCD subscreen, it doesn't change, no matter how I lighten or darken. (Menu>9>2>5>select "main or sub LCD">select level)

Would appreciate any suggestion or advice. Thanks!

You may have to send it in to get it repaired... It will still be under warranty too. Try calling audiovox at their 1-800 number and they will probably say the same I just said
