Voters:why do we base long term opinions on the Latest Headlines?

That has been the political game for years now .
All one can do is Hold the line on their political views and try to use our right to vote effectively as possible .
There are Republicans in Congress right now who want to diminish one of the last freedoms we have left and that is the right to vote -though it is ( voting now days ) not perfect by far .

Each President has top secret information and instructions from the Previous President.
While the public makes snappy judgments based off of the latest Government controlled media story.

Presidents play a top secret 20 year chess game with other countries.
Most people don't realize America's greatness comes from planning way ahead of time.

remember each President leaves a note to the new incoming President "from 43 to 44"

I tend to vote 3rd party, latest headlines or not, I'm sure my long term goals of getting a living wage & seeing peace in America run contrary to both party interests

To be honest, most Americans shouldn't be allowed to vote. A large portion of the population is to stupid to have a solid grasp of the issues. However, its every Americans right to vote how they see fit. Until that changes, there is nothing that can be done.

Stupidity......much is human nature. People hear something and believe it to be true forever. Like Palin said she could see Russia from her house. Many still believe she said that.
