What was his diagnosis each time you went? What tests have they run? What have they ruled out?
Since this keeps coming back, it doesn't sound to me like food poisoning or a "stomach virus", because those wouldn't keep coming back.
No idea what it could be, but what have the doctors said? How long has this been going on?
