I have to replace the radio for my 2000 Volvo, it's a SC 816 model radio. The faceplate on my old radio is in better condition than the replacement radio's. Question 1 - Can I switch the faceplates? Second question, if I can what code do I use. I have the codes for both radios. Is the code programmed into the faceplate or is it programmed into the radio body?
