I'm having voltage issues on my 1982 Suzuki GS250. First my headlight blew out, so I measured the voltage at the leads and measure from 13 to 17 volts depending on the revs.
So I figured it was the voltage regulator, bought a used regulator on eBay, installed it and it's doing the same exact thing.
I'm just wondering if there's anything other than a faulty regulator that can cause my problem? Or did I get a junk regulator?
