Hi -
Has anyone experienced similar problems or would anyone know the cause/remedy to this problem?
I normally try to access my voicemail through the Verizon backdoor central voicemail system numbers from a landline to save airtime or whenever I forget my cell phone at work and need to check if I have any voicemails. Usually it works just finev and I have been using this method for years, but only within the past couple of weeks, I have been able to access my voicemail but when I try to listen to the voicemail, no matter which one, it automatically disconnects my call and no matter which phone I use. Is it possible for the voicemails to have a "virus" or be coming from hackers? I now have notification of 4 new messages but cannot listen to any of them without being automatically disconnected. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if any gurus out there know what is going on, please let me know. THANKS!
