From my phone, if I dial my own number, it auto-forwards to an old access number (Simulscribe) that I used to use. I have tried everything to correct this - every setting on the CURVE 8320 is set to forward unanswered calls to the T-Mobile voicemail. How in the world can I fix this?
 
sounds like talking to simulscribe is the only way...they will be able to kill your account for good thus ending your little worm hole that you're stuck in
