Voice Text messaging

Does anyone know of any phones that can do text messaging via your voice? For example you say into the phone "I will call you later." and the phone will type up the text message.
 
Well, I know that the Samsung SCH-A970 can do this, but it is a CDMA phone for Verizon and it appears that you do not use Verizon. I am not sure of any other phones that have this feature, but since this Samsung can do it, I would assume that other high end Samsungs can do it as well, including GSM phones, but I could be wrong. Hopefully this will at least give you a place to start. Good luck
