Ok so I keep on trying to get into my voicemail and dialing but it just says "welcome to verizon wireless. your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again." It been this way for a while since my phone was stolen a few months ago and i have the same exact phone the person stole. i don't know if this has anything to do with that but maybe they changed the settings...I tried to see if they did but I'm not sure. Help?
