I just got a Cingular 8525 and a Nokia BH801 headset. I have installed MS Voice Command and have set Notifications to Announce notifications using Bluetooth hands free only. Voice Command does not recognize the button press from the 801 and announces through the speaker only even though the 801 is enabled for handsfree calling. Does anyone have a hack or tweak to make this work properly please?

I do not have the original box, but the headset works fine with the 8525. It just does not work with VC.
I forgot to mention that currently there is no way to get announcements to go through the headset. This is a problem with the htc and ms bt stack. Microsoft knows about it but I wouldn't hold my breath on a fix anytime soon.
This may not help much but I can tell you that my jabra bt8010 does do announcements through the headset because it has ad2p.
