I accidently dropped my Nokia 5800 and it stopped working, so i sent it off for repair and they sent it back saying they would not replace it as i don't have insurance, but i'm still paying monthly for this phone!they told me to go to the store, what is likely to happen if i go to the store? would they replace it?
