vodafone returns help please?

basically, i bought the HTC wildfire nearly two weeks ago from vodafone, im really not getting on with it and it throws up error messages and is generally a nuisance! i would like to return it, but i dont know if that will be possible because the return policies are all over the place! any one able to help? thankyou x
