Vodafone problem? Help please?

Right I just got a text from Vodafone saying - IMPORTANT - and then goes on about 'unusual' usage on my phone, I don't know what this means or what I have to do? Please help me I'm really worried
 
I would phone customer services and ask them for their advice. Have u been using your internet more or downloading alot recently? Best bet would be to phone vodafone.
