I just bought a PAYG Samsung Tocco Light. I turned it on and it tells me I have 'limited service'. I can't ring to register my sim because it tells me emergency calls only... I'm stuck, what do I do next?
The sim I'm trying to use with it is the one that came in the new phone, so surely they should work together?
