I dont know where to post this but im hoping someone here can help;

Im in a dispute with vodafone and i was wondering if i hold any case with them, this is the trouble ive had with them;

I joined back in march, me and my friend got the same Iphone, at the same time on the same plan, our details were entered at the same time.

at the end of march i called up vodafone to find my bill was £60 (i took out the £45 plan) they said this was a new customers fee to insure we could pay our bills :S (most companys offer rewards vodafone apparently make u pay for joining them :S)

so i rung my friend to warn her, and she went and phoned them, she then phoned me back and said that she was only being made to pay £50.

so i called vodafone and they said "its different for every customer" i responded with "so you just pull numbers out your ass for each customer??" so after a dispute and a heated argument down the phone i got her to check my friends account she returned saying that i was correct we had taken the plan out at exactly the same time i took out the exact same plan, as an apologie she put both our bills back to £45.

next issue; I was told on joining that id recieve a text when i went over my minutes, I called up vodafone on saturday to find i owed them £170!! the customer adviser shouted at me saying it was my issue, but i couldnt check my bills cos their site kept telling me it was down (apparently im the only one suffering that issue :S) and i thought id recieve a text so when i never got the text i always thought i was still in my minutes!

also in the same call the first question i asked was "am i being charged for this call??" the adviser said no, (he also fixed my log in troubles on the website) so yesterday i checked my bill to see that the calls were not free infact i was being charged £10 for them!

ive had enough, do i have any case with the amount of lies to leave them without paying? or some kind of hold to get outta this bill?

thank you.
btw i was told directly when taking out my plan that id recieve a text just before my minutes were up, this was one of the main reasons why i joined vodafone cos i thought that was such a great idea, so that assistant royally screwed me over just to get a sale!
