Vodafone bill postpaid help!!!!!!?

I want to know how does vodafone make a postpaid bill bcos when i activated 1gb 3g plan and after using and dialling *111# i saw unbilled amount it was not at 0 but reached 200 and it said excludes rentals discounts ...now what the hell discounts they are talking and why are they charging for usage of 3g ...at 2rs/mb inspite i have activated a plan for it

Your monthly bill will comprise of your standard line rental (plus any agreed extra services) together with any usage charges for anything which isn't included with your monthly allowances or if you've exceeded them.
