i recentley got a nexus one after a week it ws faulty so i called vodafone.. they sent a new htc desire as an exchange and 2 days later took my nexus one by currier and i signed a bit of paper.... now vodafone are telling me they never sent a currier to pick up the nexus one therefore i must still have it. they have no records of it being picked up from me and i need to pay the amount of the phone... there askin me for £450!!! wtf do i do?? : ( please someone help!
