vk2020 vs. nec L1 vs. moto v3x vs. v635

im looking for a imported phones, phones that are not available in cingular/tmobile stores. i dont want a lot of ppl to have the same phone as me. these are the phones that i somewhat researched and have picked out. i dunno which to get tho. the v635 is prolly out of the question. its nice and everything and has a lot of the stuff i need. but im using a v600 right now and its big, heavy and fat.

im looking for something under the $300 range, but if you got something to suggest, i wouldnt mind paying 400$ for something very good.

i want something like the nokia n80, but its way out of my budget... the n80 is around 800-900$ =(

so please suggest me a phone or give me opinions on those phones i mentioned and name some too.

some things im looking for
speaker phone (i dont think the vk2020 has this)
a sd card slot ( good to have but not necessary)
mp3 ring tones ( a must!)
bluetooth ( a must)
a nice camera

i have never seen or felt the phone before so i dont know how are they.
 
I'd second recommendation based on your parameters. I was not very impressed with the W800's RF performance though. The W800 is a Walkman version of the K750. They have identical hardware inside, but have different housings and software.

Well, you can always try on a Samsung SGH-Z510. The Motorola SLVR L7 is very nice, but it only has a VGA camera. I'd also suggest that you hold off until the second part of the year when the new phones start to arrive. There are some really nice ones in that batch.
