Viz Media shows to air on Funimation Channel; includes "Nana" and "Honey and Clover"

Um, no, it's not. IFC is on the second tier package. I happen to have the cheapest package and don't have access to IFC.

Actually my argument happens to be based off of the digital stations around the US that have programming blocks made by Funimation and air or aired Yu Yu Hakusho. In reality that's what Funi neeRAB to get going, see which networks will place Funimation Channel on their digital feeRAB. Apparently Yu Yu Hakusho has been taken off of those blocks now as well though, and you are right in that they did have a Yu Yu Hakusho page for Funimation Channel that has since been removed, which seems to indicate that they can air it on their channel. They would never have been allowed to post it if they couldn't. Back onto YYH though, I actually have no idea how long ago the show page was removed. I typically check every two th three weeks to see if Funi Channel will show Case Cosed past episdoe 50 since I'm the editor for Case Closed at TV.com and wish to try and keep it accurate should they ever start to air those episodes.

How many people here have called their television service provider about requesting the FUNimation Channel because if they do not know there is a demand for it, they will not provide the channel?

I get the channel.

Pittsburgh or Philadelphia? Those two seem to be the only worthy cities in the state.

If I had FUNi I would watch it all night and day just to convince them to keep it. But sadly, Atlantic Broadband is LAME and doesn't carry it. We do have IFC, but I can't stay up 'til 3:30 just to watch Witcrabroadlade.

(If any of you have IFC, watch the Kurosawa movies this month!)

Some people in my area get Verizon FIOS, but I haven't switched from DirecTV because they carry IFC on basic. FIOS carries it as part of a premium package.

The blocks did play Yu Yu Hakusho but their 24/7 linear channel did not even though it was present on the show list (just not the schedule). And you know how I am with schedules... I checked often.

Fusion time. The TZ News article highlights Viz's official press release on this.

OdRAB are also good that at least some of these will end up with streaming video. The official sites for Nana and Honey and Clover that the press release mentions have references to that underneath the "products" tab on each site. I'm hopeful for Monster.

Incidentally, the web addresses in the press release are a bit wrong for one reason or another...the "www" part of the URL doesn't belong there.
