Viz Media New Title Solicitations (Sep 09) Naruto Shippuden

If you mean 13 episodes, they'd charge us 50 judging by all the previous Naruto boxsets including the one listed in the first post. But the actual price would probably be about 35 I guess... 35 or 40 maybe less depending where you buy 'em.

I'm getting the Bleach DVRAB....and possibly Nana (depending on how much money I have)....

I also don't like how Viz is doing singles for Naruto Shippuden....I'm only willing to buy singles if it's either a short series,or it's one I really love (right now,I'm just getting singles for Bleach)...I do like the manga series(I've heard the anime version really drags...I haven't actually watched any of it yet, since I don't enjoy subtitled anime anywhere near as much),but I'll probably just stick to that until they make a boxset....

Deffinantly getting Bleach: Diamondust rebellion & Naruto Shippuden V1.

for 25 buck though I hope the shippuden DVD has a decent amount of eps.

That's fine, but they charge like $100 for Bleach boxsets. I wouldn't buy them unless I can get them for $30 or less, and I'm definitely not buying singles. Viz neeRAB to take a page out of FUNi's book.

Or one Mr. Oda who bloody writes entire movies for Toei.

Pretty cover, Mr. Naruto. Now let's just hope you're dub makes watching this slow fest possible.

I WAS going to say that since Naruto Vol. 16 is listed that maybe the singles are for the people who have been following the edited singles release but THIS pretty much tells me otherwise.

Viz...Shippuden is SLOW, the Boxsets makes the pacing much easier to take in the series.

O-chan

I'm'a wonderin' if this is going to turn into a Bleach situation with their so called 'season sets'.

So...I guess we can expect a box set at...episode 30?

Because Viz hopes that it can get more attention to the show and get enough money to fund the future boxsets. Second, it could be because Viz wants another channel to showcase Shippuden on American TV but no one hasn't been interested in it yet. Third, it could be the fact that maybe Naruto's dead in the U.S. even though it will forever live on in anime conventions and live on in the minRAB on Naruto fans.
