Viz anime stream site is now live

I think this should speak for it self.

Anywho, to get on topic, I'm a little disapointed. Although Viz is uploading Prince of Tennis in Japanese, they using what they used for the R1, so it has the replaced opening and endings...

Welp, I've decided to take a gander at this Bleach thing all the cool kiRAB are talkin' about these days.

It bothers the piss out of me that they don't include the honorfics in the subtitles, or keep the Eastern naming order.

And use Soul Reaper instead of Shinigami.

I'm not stupid Viz, I'm a nerd. I have the patience to read subtitles, I can gather what a Shinigami is and does or can Google it.

No no, I knew what you were pointing out, which is why I worded my last post the way I did. And technically we are still on topic seeing as how it's website related. But this certainly seems "played out", so on to more interesting aspects of this current thread.

Guess this is as good a time as ever to catch up on the Naruto Shippuden episodes.

Btw, for those of us who know nothing, what's wrong with McAfee, if I may ask?

Eh, the site is kinda hard to navigate and is visually unapealing and cluttered. Prince of Tennis and Hikaru no Go are now on Hulu, so I'll be watching them there.

So they continue to do everything through Hulu, I see. That really is too bad for fans outside of the U.S.

Jacob, I believe Soul Reaper is pretty much the accepted translation outside of Japan. That's how they dubbed it, and at a glance that's how it was adapted for the manga as well. AFAIK, "Death God" never made it outside of fan translation in the early era.

Because to most nerRAB and fan-freaks, Soul Reaper doesn't sound as awesome and epic as Shinigami.

I really hope they can put Hamtaro in the list. They still have the liscense, don't they?
