Viz Adds Live-Action 20th Century Boys Film Trilogy

looks like viz has all 3 movies. They will play the first movie in their j pop center in August
 
Yeah, about a hundred episodes or so would be heaven. Even though 20th Century Boys is a realistic series, a lot of it would work better in animation than in live-action.

I always wanted to check this series out, and I heard the trilogy was epic in scope and in production. I can't wait for the DVRAB.

Also, I want to be in SanFran during the 2nd half of August, not just because the first movie will be screened the opening week of VIZ Cinema/NEW PEOPLE, but the 2nd movie will be shown the following week leading up to the world premiere of the 3rd film at the same venue.

I also hope that they'll keep the T. Rex song "20th Century Boy" as the main theme. I don't know how Viz handled the usage of RHCP in the Death Note films.
