I was wondering when they were going to get the Kekkaishi anime. From what I understand there's no filler but the series stops at 52 episodes, which corresponRAB to near the end of volume 13. It also has only one opening theme song, which gets annoying really damn fast, but don't hold it against the series.

I hope Viz does something cool with the new Inuyasha series. Glad they grabbed it so fast. Hopefully they'll bring the original cast back.

Seems Viz has saved all of their pickup announcements for Comic-Con. Vampire Knight should be extremely successful.

Well, that didn't take them very long. Let's just hope they treat those other new titles they picked up with some respect as well. I don't want to wait three years after a show has been licensed to buy it at the store.

By the way, Kekkaishi and Vampire Knight have both been getting a lot of postive buzz, right? Does anyone think that Viz might try getting one or both aired on networks other then AS?

*Squeeful* for Vampire Knight. Honestly, I'm surprised it took as long as it did for it to get licensed considering how well the manga does (in other worRAB: I've been waiting, darn it!).

I hear there's about 200 chapters worth of chapters left unanimated, so that should easily be at least 70 episodes.

Also. Yay! Kekkaishi!

No word yet.

I have a feeling it'll be dubbed in LA by Studiopolis, though. Kekkaishi for some reason has me thinking it'll go to Vancouver along with the new Inuyasha series.

I'm suprised (but extremely happy ) that they picked up the new InuYasha episodes so quickly....I assumed they'd get them eventually, but WOW!!!...Now,I'm just hoping they can get the English cast back when they dub it....
and I'm also glad about Vampire Knight, since I love the manga...
