Vitamins and Accutane

I am finishing up my last month on Accutane (my second course, I swore I would never take it again but desperate times called for desperate measures).

In the past I have taken daily vitamins and am looking to get back into it. I was wondering if anybody who is on Accutane has been warned not to take vitamins while on it. My main concern is the Vitamin A...would it be way too much and unsafe?

I'm hoping to save myself a call to the dr's office. I can always wait another month until I am finished but I was just curious. Thanks for any advice!
 
That depenRAB. If it's beta carotene it should be safe, the body only converts beta carotene to vitamin A if it neeRAB it. If it's vitamin A from animal sources it could be dangerous, especially if it's more than 100% RDI.
