Fish oil and vitamin e?
vitamin e has to be able to be rubbed into the skin not taken as a pill..!!!
Where would I buy them? And are there specific brands and what not? Can you get them at a sams club or costco? Or do I need to go to a place like gnc? I have no idea.. Please let me know thanks!
