I only recently came to hear about the possible benefits of megadosing on V5 supplements with some people seeming to claim fantastic and direct results... however reading up on a lot of posts some people claim that it doesn't work or that it could be dangerous causing weakness and chronic fatigue. The most worrying thing I have heard is that it can cause hairloss, and a new problem is far from what I need. I read that taking biotin and a B complex vitamin would alleviate such negative side effects (see thread 'The idiots guide to B5'). Does this really ensure no side effects such as hair loss, has anyone experienced otherwise?? Would people recommend this? It is frustrating to see such different reviews and opinions it seems that any 'cure'/prevention on any website has fierce supporters and critics which leaves me thinking is there really anything worth trying? Is everything just trial and error? Should I just give up and not bother taking ANYTHING?

Feedback generally (and especially on V5 & biotin) would be very appreciated and welcomed.

Thanks.

basically.. is v5 safe to take (not producing any bad side effects) as long as taken with biotin and B complex? or has anyone found otherwise?
